Shaking In The Water – The Xcerts

I first heard of Scottish three-piece rock band, The Xcerts, when they supported Mallory Knox at Rock City in Nottingham and admittedly wasn’t that interested, yet when I somehow came across them again on Spotify they went up in my estimations and immediately ‘Shaking In The Water’ was added to my playlist.

Their sound has been influenced by great bands such as Scotsmen Biffy Clyro and also 90’s rock bands like Weezer and Nirvana. This track plays a distorted, edgy pop sound with loud, aggressive riffs. It is fun and feel-good with sing-along choruses that you just can’t get enough off.
